Do I need to create an account to browse vehicles?
No. You can browse all available vehicles and view full details without creating an account. Accounts are not required at any stage. You only need to fill a form or call to place a bid.
How do I place a bid on a vehicle?
When you find a vehicle you are interested in, click on it to view full details. You can either:
Fill out the Bid Request Form, or
Call a Carmana team member directly
Once we receive your request, a team member will contact you to confirm your interest and guide you through the bidding process.
Can I bid on multiple vehicles at the same time?
Yes. You can submit bid requests for as many vehicles as you like. Each request will be handled individually by our team to ensure proper guidance and representation during the auction.
How will I know if my bid was successful?
After the auction is complete, a Carmana team member will notify you about the outcome of your bid. We will provide next steps for payment, shipping, and delivery if your bid is successful.
What happens after I win a bid?
Once your bid is successful:
You will receive instructions for payment
Your vehicle will be collected and inspected (if needed)
Shipping and export arrangements will be coordinated
You will be kept updated until your vehicle reaches the delivery location

Absolutely. If you have questions about a vehicle or the bidding process, you can reach out to our team directly via phone or email. We provide guidance at every step.
How are auction fees handled?
All fees and costs associated with the auction will be communicated clearly by our team before any bids are placed. You will have a full understanding of the costs involved.
How do I track my vehicle?
After your bid is confirmed, our team will provide updates on the location and status of your vehicle during shipment. You will always know where your vehicle is and what stage of the process it is in.
Can I request additional photos or inspection reports of a vehicle?
Yes. If you want more information about a vehicle before submitting a bid, our team can provide additional photos, videos, or inspection details upon request.
